Our strength lies in our qualified and dedicated teaching team, who passionately support children in their everyday development. Our teachers continually develop their skills, combining knowledge and experience with modern teaching methods. With a caring, respectful approach, every child feels safe, seen and supported.
Our preschool director is an educator with eight years of experience working with children in specialist institutions, a primary school and a preschool. She holds a degree in early childhood and preschool education with educational therapy (WSKS Gdynia), a master's degree in addiction therapy (WSK Warsaw), and postgraduate qualifications in educational management (WSHE Brzeg). She has completed extensive training, including TOMATIS therapy, the foundations of clinical neuropsychology, social functioning and challenging behaviour in people with autism spectrum conditions, creative education, expressive art, and coding and robotics in preschool education. She is also a music-and-movement instructor and a children's Zumba instructor, actively incorporating movement and music into everyday educational work. In her relationships with parents, she values openness, trust and cooperation as partners. Her priority is each child's wellbeing and working together to help every child thrive both at preschool and beyond.
Teaching is more than a job: it is a vocation grounded in empathy, responsibility and a passion for guiding children as they grow. Teachers nurture a sense of security, discover talents and support children through their first important steps in education. Through dedication, patience and knowledge, teachers make a real difference to their pupils’ futures.
Teaching assistants play an essential role in daily preschool life. Working alongside teachers, they support children with care and empathy, ensure their safety and comfort, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that encourages development and a sense of belonging.
Our preschool team also includes specialists such as a clinical speech and language therapist, a psychologist and a physiotherapist.
